*Fancy Pants
If you only try one of my main courses, let it be
Fancy Pants.
2 pounds of good ground beef 1 pound of New York
sharp cheddar cheese Granulated garlic 2 (15 ounce) cans of tomato
sauce Salt and pepper
Form eight equal patties from the meat. Cut the cheese
into slices, place equal amounts of cheese on half the patties and
place remaining patties on top of cheese. Pinch the edges so cheese
doesn’t leak out. Sprinkle the bottom of the pot with granulated
garlic, brown patties on each side (there’s no need for oil) and
cover with tomato sauce. Cook until done over medium heat for about
thirty minutes.
