Tuna Casseroles
Tuna casseroles are delicious and nutritious.
*Tuna Casseroles Recipe 1
1 (6 ½ ounce) can of your choice Tuna Fish 1 (10
½ ounce can of cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup ¾ cup whole
milk I cup bread crumbs
Place tuna in a bowl and lightly separate. Stir in
soup and milk.
Mix well with ¾ cup of the bread crumbs. Put in a
greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Bake
at 375 degrees for thirty minutes.

Tuna China Casserole
1 can your choice tuna 1can cream of mushroom soup
1cup chopped celery 3 green onions chopped 5 ounce can chow mein
noodles
Prepare all the chopped ingredients the day before.
Mix tuna, mushroom soup, chopped ingredients and noodles. Bake in
covered casserole dish for one half hour in a 350 degree oven.
Note: This should be mixed and cooked just prior
to serving so noodles don’t get soft.

Tuna Special Casserole with Special Sauce
1 package herbed rice, cooked 1 stick butter 1 medium
onion chopped 3 ribs of celery chopped 4 cans tuna fish
Sauce to be served separately.
Juice of one lemon One stick of butter One tablespoon
of Worcestershire sauce
Sauté celery and the onion in a stick of butter and
mix with the cooked rice. Add tuna. Bake in 350 degree oven for
thirty minutes.
Sauce
Melt butter, add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce,
blend well, and serve over servings of tuna casseroles.

Tuna Casseroles Secret Recipe
1 cup cooked shrimp chopped 1 cup of tuna 1 cup English
peas ½ teaspoon salt One small onion chopped 1 cup of whole wheat
bread crumbs 1 small green pepper chopped 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup diced celery 1 ½ cups uncooked brown
rice 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Cook the rice. Combine all ingredients except the
bread crumbs; place in a casserole dish. Cover with bread crumbs
and do not butter. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. Serves
fifteen.

English Pea Tuna Casseroles
1 can tuna fish 1 can small sized English peas 1
cup of corn flakes 1 small can of pimientos ¼ stick of butter melted
Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for twenty minutes
